Arms: Russia-Iran deal for 90 precision missile launchers revealed

According to Russian defense-industry documents published by the Financial Times on November 5, 2026, Moscow agreed to supply Tehran with 90 precision missile launchers under a 2024 deal. The program does not name Iran, but identifies a client by the code “K-10”; a May 2024 letter urges faster deliveries of components for APU-L and APU-305 launchers. APU-L launchers are designed for Mi-28 attack helicopters and each carries two Izdeliye 305 missiles, while China reportedly ordered 192 APU-305 launchers. Deliveries were scheduled from late 2024 through December 2025, but there is no confirmation that the launchers left Russia; the documents were reportedly obtained from the Ukrainian private intelligence organization Dallas Analytics.
