Stade Iba Mar Diop: The Bad Move of Two Nigerians, Security Agents

Two Nigerian security agents, Charles John Obidilé, 39, and Chris Okéniké, 30, have been brought before the court for stealing electrical cables from the Iba Mar Diop stadium construction site. They are accused of conspiracy and theft by an employee, after being caught sneaking equipment into the site. The company Eccass, responsible for the rehabilitation, had reported several thefts since the work began in July 2024.
