The death toll from the bombing on the Pan-American Highway near Cajibio, Colombia, has risen to at least 20, including 15 women and 5 men, according to Cauca region governor Octavio Guzman. Thirty-six people were also injured, with three in critical condition. Colombian President Gustavo Petro attributed the attack to a narco-terrorist group led by Nestor Vera, known as Ivan Mordisco, a former dissident member of FARC.
