Atiku criticises Tinubu over N33.75bn cash transfer payments

The presidential candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Atiku Abubakar, criticized Bola Tinubu's administration over the handling of N33.75 billion paid to 3.29 million vulnerable households. Atiku stated that the amount was insufficient to alleviate the rising cost of living and questioned the varying figures regarding the number of beneficiary households. He also announced the establishment of an independent team to examine the financial transactions related to these payments.
