Atiku vows to return Niger, Mali, Burkina Faso to ECOWAS

Former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar has pledged to work for the return of Niger, Mali, and Burkina Faso to ECOWAS if he wins the 2027 presidential election. He criticized the isolation of these countries following military coups and proposed using ECOMOG troops to ensure peace. Atiku also promised to reduce insecurity in Nigeria within a year if elected, while criticizing the removal of the fuel subsidy by the Tinubu administration.
