Audiovisual: The Ministry of Communication Sets 4 Priorities for SICA 2026

Minister of Communication Amadou Coulibaly met with pioneers of Ivorian audiovisual to prepare for the fourth edition of the International Audiovisual Content Salon (SICA), scheduled for November 26-28, 2026. Four priorities were identified: financing structure, training, distribution, and narrative sovereignty. SICA aims to establish sustainable financing mechanisms and improve the connection between works and their audiences. A new orientation for the salon will transform it into a professional space to foster partnerships.
