Autopsy shows Hayden Panettiere died from a fentanyl overdose

An autopsy by the Greenville County Coroner's Office in South Carolina revealed that Hayden Panettiere died from the toxic effects of fentanyl, Xanax, and other drugs. Her death, which occurred last month at the age of 36, was ruled an accident with no signs of trauma. Panettiere had openly discussed her struggles with substance abuse.
