Awujale Stool: Court warns parties to maintain status quo

An Ogun State High Court in Ijebu-Ode warned parties involved in the legal dispute over the succession to the Awujale stool against taking any actions that could undermine the court process. Justice A. A. Omoniyi issued this warning following a request from the Fusengbuwa ruling house to maintain the status quo during the litigation. The judge stated that any party acting contrary to the court's directives would be required to revert to their previous position.
