Back to Earth: What happens to the Artemis II astronauts now?

The Artemis II crew successfully returned to Earth after splashing down off the coast of California, having traveled over 4,000 miles beyond the previous record set by Apollo 13. Upon arrival, they will be examined by doctors before being transported to NASA's Johnson Space Center in Houston. Although time spent in space has physical effects, these are expected to be minimal compared to other longer missions.
