Bahrain rounds up dozens over alleged links to Iran’s IRGC

Bahrain’s Interior Ministry announced the arrest of 41 individuals accused of belonging to a group linked to Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). These arrests follow earlier investigations into espionage and support for Iranian attacks during the war launched against Iran by Israel and the United States. Bahrain has also stripped 69 individuals of their citizenship for allegedly sympathizing with Iran and warned that anyone glorifying Iranian attacks could face prosecution.
