Lamine Yamal finished third in the 2026 Ballon d’Or, won by England captain Harry Kane in London on Monday night, with Kylian Mbappé also ahead of him. In an Instagram post, the Barcelona winger said his time would come and that he trusted the path he was building. He also congratulated Kane on the win. The 19-year-old claimed the Kopa Trophy, won the 2026 World Cup and secured last season’s LaLiga title.
