Ballon d'Or 2026: 'No argument' — Steven Gerrard names the player who should win on Monday

Steven Gerrard says Harry Kane should win the 2026 Ballon d'Or on Monday, arguing that there is no case for another contender such as Lamine Yamal or Kylian Mbappé. Speaking to TNT Sports, the former England midfielder praised the Bayern Munich striker's consistency and goalscoring. Kane scored more than 70 goals for England and Bayern last season, winning the Bundesliga title and the European Golden Boot.
