Ballon d’Or organisers publish, then delete ‘winner’ articles for Kane, Mbappe and Yamal

France Football published three articles on the official Ballon d’Or website presenting Harry Kane, Kylian Mbappe and Lamine Yamal as winners. All three profiles were later taken down, prompting a stir on social media. As the ceremony begins in London, organisers have already revealed the positions of 20 nominees and confirmed that Kane, Mbappe and Yamal are in the final top 10.
