Bangourain: 10 million FCFA demanded for the release of seven kidnapped family members

The kidnappers of seven family members in Bangourain are demanding 10 million FCFA for their release. The victims were abducted on the night of September 13-14, 2026, in the Ngwenfon neighborhood by armed men identified as separatist fighters. Among the hostages is a pregnant woman. Searches have been initiated to locate the victims and apprehend the kidnappers.
