Bank of Baroda faces asset seizure over Sh2.99bn court award to borrower

Bank of Baroda (Kenya) Limited is ordered to pay Sh2.99 billion to Infinity Industrial Park Limited following a High Court ruling. A warrant issued by Deputy Registrar Stellah Sagwe on September 15 directs Moran Auctioneers to attach the bank's movable assets unless the amount is paid. The dispute revolves around financing for a planned 200-acre industrial park in Nairobi.
