Batouri: Drug Trafficking Network Dismantled

The Batouri gendarmerie dismantled a drug trafficking network, arresting several suspects including alleged leader Martin Kuete, aged over 50. Searches yielded over three sacks of cannabis, 302 rounds of ammunition, hunting rifles, and 2,127,000 CFA francs. Thirty tramadol tablets were also found at two other suspects' homes. Commander Yvan Atangana Fouda praised the professionalism of the units and the collaboration with locals.
