Bayern Munich: Talks with Michael Olise about his future announced

Bayern Munich plans to discuss Michael Olise’s future with the French attacker at the appropriate time, CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen said after Harry Kane’s contract extension. Dreesen said he and sporting director Max Eberl share responsibility for the matter; Olise’s current contract runs until 2029, and no extension has been agreed. Mainly deployed on the right but also capable of playing centrally, Olise was named Bundesliga Player of the Season for 2025–26 and Bayern’s player of the season for the second consecutive year. He also represented France at the 2026 World Cup.
