Beach Soccer AFCONQ: Sand Eagles to face Senegal in double-header friendlies

The Nigerian Super Sand Eagles will face African champions Senegal in two friendly matches in October at Kaduna's Murtala Muhammed Square Beach Soccer Arena, as part of their preparations for the 2026 Beach Soccer Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers. The matches are scheduled for October 3 and 5. The winner of the two-legged tie will qualify for the tournament hosted by Senegal. Twenty players are currently in camp in Kaduna to prepare for the crucial qualifiers against Ghana’s Black Sharks, with the first leg in Kaduna on October 10 and the second in Accra on October 17.
