Benin: 15 Million Euros from Luxembourg to Train for Port Professions – La Nouvelle Tribune

A training program focused on port and logistics professions, called CAP-PORT, will be established in Benin with a 15 million euro funding from Luxembourg, signed during the third joint commission in New York. The initiative aims to improve employment prospects for women, youth, low-skilled workers, and sector employees by providing technical and digital skills. The longstanding bilateral cooperation also includes discussions on advanced technologies, security, and artificial intelligence, aligned with Benin’s economic development plans.
