Benin: 40 km/h maximum and no overloading on university buses

University transport has resumed in Benin with 63 buses providing a secure service for students. Each bus will be driven by a trained driver and accompanied by a controller to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Buses will operate at a maximum speed of 40 km/h, with no overloading, and each student must present a pass to access the service. The management is entrusted to La Poste du Bénin, with commitments to cleanliness and regular inspections.
