Benin: 4.7 billion FCFA allocated to open up agricultural production areas

A budget of 4.7 billion FCFA will be allocated for the development of 118.677 kilometers of rural roads in five departments of Benin: Zou, Couffo, Collines, Donga, and Alibori. This project, funded by the Regional Agricultural Market Integration Program (PRIMA-Benin), aims to improve access to production areas and reduce transportation costs for producers. The Road Infrastructure and Land Development Company (SIRAT) will oversee the execution of the works.
