Benin: FADeC VI focuses on local infrastructure and municipal resilience

Benin’s government launched the sixth phase of the Communal Development Support Fund (FADeC) in Cotonou on October 27, 2026, covering all 77 municipalities. FADeC’s projected budget for 2026 is 58.94 billion CFA francs, up 4.2% from 56.54 billion in 2025.
