Benin: Theft Tools Lead Police to Five Motorcycles in Calavi

Three individuals were arrested in Abomey-Calavi following a nighttime patrol. Police discovered five motorcycles with altered chassis numbers. The suspects are in custody for alleged criminal association and motorcycle theft, while an investigation continues into the origin of the motorcycles.
