Benue Easter attack: Death toll rises to 11 - Community leader

The death toll from the armed herdsmen attack on Agena community in Gwer East Local Government Area of Benue State has risen to 11 following the recovery of two more bodies. The attackers, numbering over 50, invaded the community around 5 am, setting houses and a market ablaze and injuring one person. Community leader Christopher Gbasha stated that the area is calm now, but residents have fled for safety due to fears of further attacks.
