Benue govt not thugs blocked Obi’s convoy - Sowore alleges

Omoyele Sowore, the presidential candidate of the African Action Congress (AAC), alleged that the Benue State Government was behind the blockade of Peter Obi's convoy during his visit to the state. Sowore stated that the presence of a special adviser to the Benue governor among the crowd reinforced his belief that the action was government-sponsored. He warned that this incident could signal a growing pattern of political intimidation ahead of the 2027 elections.
