Bicec: A French ruling reveals the rejection of 16.4 billion FCFA claimed on loans to Producam, Delta, and Argia

The International Bank of Cameroon for Savings and Credit (Bicec) had its claim for 16.402 billion FCFA rejected by the Paris Court of Appeal in a dispute over loans granted to Producam, Delta Industries International, and Argia. The ruling, dated January 29, 2026, and corrected on February 24, also dismissed compensation claims against Unicontrol Commodity Cameroon and Katoen Natie-Commodities BV. The court did not determine the amount of debts still owed by these companies.
