Bishops Pride flag row: Anton Taylor challenges Old Diocesan Committee

Anton Taylor, a popular online influencer and progressive member of the Old Diocesan Committee (ODC), responded to a cease-and-desist letter following his clash with the Bishops community over flying a Pride flag at Bishops Diocesan College. The dispute arose when the ODC called for restricting flags to South African, Bishops, and St George’s flags, while the school stated its third flag would continue to rotate for causes like Pride as a symbol of inclusion. Taylor criticized the legal letter from William Booth’s office, which threatened criminal charges and costs, asserting his right to free expression and claiming he would not back down.
