Black Money Case: Investigation Reveals Major Mistakes Made by Reug Reug

Fighter Oumar Kane, known as Reug Reug, was arrested in a case involving « black bills » estimated at nearly 900 million CFA francs. He relied entirely on his uncle Mamadou Bamba Ndiaye, aka « Usine », and Diégane Faye, alias Saltigué Dibo, who was cooperating with investigators.
