Blast heard in Yemen’s Aden as Houthis claim attack on military camp

A powerful explosion was heard in Aden, southern Yemen, according to an Al Jazeera journalist and a police official. The official said smoke was rising near the airport, in an area controlled by Yemen’s internationally recognised government. Houthi spokesman Yahya Saree said the group had fired a ballistic missile at the Saudi-led coalition’s military operations room at Badr Camp, calling the strike “precise and direct.”
