Bo-Kaap-born Haashim Pead only wanted the Stormers to fulfil childhood dream

Scrumhalf Haashim Pead has signed a four-year deal with the Stormers after transferring from the Lions. At 21 years old, he views this return to Cape Town as the fulfillment of a childhood dream. Pead, who was named Player of the Tournament at the 2025 World Rugby Junior Championship, has already started training with the team in Cape Town.
