In Kenya, Bolt Send reached one million deliveries in less than a year after its relaunch in September 2025, making it the fastest-growing delivery market globally. The company received a full license from the Communications Authority of Kenya in July 2026. From January to July 2026, order volumes increased by over 135%, driven mainly by the boda boda motorcycle category, which grew by over 130%. The service now operates in several cities including Nairobi, Mombasa, Nakuru, Kisumu, and Meru, and has implemented PIN verification to enhance security during parcel handover.
