Bombe Bakundu: a man attacks his partner with a machete after their breakup

In Bombe Bakundu, Daniel Owaka allegedly attacked his partner with a machete following their breakup announcement. The young woman, seriously injured, was left at the scene while the suspect fled. Residents later managed to apprehend him, and part of the population set his home on fire before handing him over to the gendarmerie.
