Breast Cancer: 17 Women Receive Support in Their Treatment Journey

Seventeen women with breast cancer in Côte d’Ivoire are receiving comprehensive support from biopsy through chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and sometimes breast reconstruction. This initiative was highlighted at the second edition of the 'Brunch de la vie' in Abidjan, organized by the Femmes Shunamites en action (FSA) Foundation. Led by survivor Emmanuelle Beugré Phox, the foundation aims to break taboos, raise awareness about screening, and expand these efforts to remote areas to improve prevention and care for women affected by the disease.
