Budget 2027, political dialogue and referendum, three issues of the September parliamentary session

National deputies and senators resume their ordinary September session today, focusing on the examination of the state budget for 2027, which amounts to 57.5 trillion Congolese francs, a 12% increase from 2026. This session is also marked by the announcement of a political dialogue by the President and a proposed law on the organization of a referendum, which is generating debates within the political class. The Coalition Article 64 opposes any constitutional amendments and plans a demonstration on September 15.
