Buhari’s son Yusuf wins APC Reps ticket in Katsina

Yusuf Buhari, son of Nigeria’s late former president Muhammadu Buhari, has won the All Progressives Congress House of Representatives primary for the Sandamu/Daura/Mai’adua Federal Constituency in Katsina State. He secured 6,386 votes, defeating his opponent Auwal Daura, who received 322 votes. The primary was conducted across three local government areas and was described as peaceful and transparent, reflecting the enduring political influence of the Buhari name in the constituency.
