Bunia: the mayor's orders against urban chaos struggle to be enforced

Bunia's mayor, Colonel Jean-Bosco Mbuyi Kola, stated that several measures have been implemented to restore order in the city, but some orders, including those against noise nuisances, are difficult for the police to enforce. He reports progress in security, with gangs disrupting public order being neutralized. The city still faces challenges such as insecurity, waste management, fire prevention, and traffic regulation, and effective enforcement of measures remains crucial to improve residents' quality of life.
