Burkina Faso: Army Behind Most Civilian Deaths - Report

A report by Human Rights Watch states that Burkina Faso's security forces are responsible for over twice as many civilian deaths as jihadist groups in the past two years. The report mentions atrocities, including the ethnic cleansing of Fulani civilians, labeling these acts as war crimes and crimes against humanity. Over 2.1 million people have lost their homes, and nearly 6.5 million require humanitarian aid.
