Burkinabe Justice: A Close Associate of Damiba Arrested and Placed Under Detention

Former Minister of National Education, Lionel Bilgo, and his executive director, Vincent de Paul Kaboré, have been placed under detention for illegal sale of plots through their company SITRAF. They are accused of illegal real estate promotion and advertising without prior authorization, having sold bare plots on three sites in Léguema and Logôfourousso. Investigations revealed that SITRAF operated on nearly 200 hectares and had already sold plots to numerous buyers, despite lacking the necessary authorization for such commercialization.
