Burnley boss Parker leaves club after relegation

Scott Parker has left his position as head coach of Burnley by mutual consent following the club's relegation from the Premier League. Parker, who led the Clarets to promotion last year, struggled this season with only four league wins. Burnley's relegation was confirmed after a 1-0 defeat to Manchester City on April 22. Parker's assistant, Mike Jackson, will take charge for the remaining four matches of the season.
