Renaprov Finance provided explanations regarding a land dispute not disclosed in its IPO prospectus, but did not fully address the reservations of the Central Africa Securities Exchange (BVMAC). The company states that the contested land, valued at 55 million FCFA, would only marginally impact its assets if a court decision were unfavorable. The BVMAC’s admission committee decided in August not to approve the IPO and requested clarifications; as of September 30, Renaprov is not listed on the stock market.
