DRC: In Beni, motorcycle taxi drivers educated on the fight against Ebola

In Beni, Democratic Republic of Congo, an Ebola treatment center opened its doors to motorcycle taxi drivers to enhance their understanding of the disease and combat misinformation. Participants learned about the center's operations and the importance of directing sick passengers to health facilities. Josias Tengé-Tengé, an Ebola survivor and motorcycle taxi driver, urged his colleagues to protect themselves and assist the sick. This initiative aims to reduce distrust towards health structures amid fear and false information.
