C64 Protest: CNDH Calls on Authorities to Prevent Rather than Repress

Two days before the opposition protest in Kinshasa, the National Human Rights Commission (CNDH) calls for a peaceful exercise of the right to protest. It reminds authorities of their responsibility to prevent violence and ensure the safety of both protesters and non-participants.
