Caf flags accommodation, visa gaps ahead of Afcon 2027

Eight months before Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania host the Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon), the Confederation of African Football (Caf) has raised concerns about the slow progress on a single-visa arrangement and unfinished infrastructure. These concerns were discussed during a meeting between Caf officials, led by Secretary-General Samson Adamu, and Ugandan President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni. The meeting followed an inspection tour of stadiums and training facilities in Uganda.
