Call for Expressions of Interest: Recruitment of a Consultant (firm) to conduct the financial and accounting audit of designated C2D2 accounts for the 2026 to 2028 fiscal years of various projects

The Ministry of Finance of the Democratic Republic of Congo has issued a call for expressions of interest for the recruitment of a consultant to conduct a financial and accounting audit of the C2D2 accounts for the 2026 to 2028 fiscal years. This project follows a previous contract signed in 2013 and aims to ensure the proper use of allocated financial resources. Applications must be submitted by October 16, 2026.
