Cameroon - Eleven years without Council of Ministers: Paul Biya's frozen power

Since October 15, 2015, the last Council of Ministers chaired by Paul Biya has not been convened, with several ministers having died without replacements and the country's institutions operating at a slow pace. No council has been held since then, but the country continues to function as best as it can. The last council addressed topics such as the Emergency Growth Plan and preparations for the 2016 and 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.
