Cameroon Gas Comes Under Control of Cameroon Holdings Limited After Bramlin Sale

Gaz du Cameroun (GDC), which extracts and distributes natural gas from the Logbaba field in Douala, is now under the control of Cameroon Holdings Limited (CHL) following the sale of Bramlin Limited by Victoria Oil & Gas Plc (VOG) on July 29, 2025. The transaction, valued at £470,000, approximately 356.4 million FCFA, also includes VOG's receivables from Bramlin and GDC. VOG no longer holds any financial interest in GDC.
