CAN urges support for IDPs, calls for peace in Taraba

The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Taraba State chapter, has called for urgent assistance for internally displaced persons (IDPs) affected by ongoing crises. State chairman Very Rev. Fr. Dr. Williams Peter Awoshiri urged citizens to contribute essential supplies, emphasizing that such actions reflect the Christian duty to care for the vulnerable. He also condemned the violence in southern parts of the state, calling for dialogue and peaceful coexistence among communities.
