Canada processing times rise for Nigerians applying for study, visitor visas

Nigerians applying for a Canadian study permit now face a processing time of 10 weeks, up from 9 weeks the previous week. Additionally, the wait for a visitor visa has increased from 84 to 87 days. The processing time for work permit applications remains unchanged at 10 weeks. IRCC advises international students to apply as soon as they receive their letter of acceptance.
