Investigators extracted data from the phone of El Hadji Babacar Dioum, known as 'Kocc Barma', to identify his accomplices in a cybercrime case. This operation was ordered by the chief judge, who also requested requisitions to determine Dioum's border crossings between 2017 and 2025. The extracted data was sent to the commercial court registry administration to identify individuals linked to Dioum.
