Cattle Fair: The 1st Edition Launched in Soubré to Support Local Production

The first edition of the cattle fair was launched on May 16, 2026, in Soubré, attended by authorities and stakeholders from the livestock sector in the Nawa region. Initiated by the regional directorate of Animal and Fishery Resources, this fair aims to strengthen local market supply of cattle and organize the sector. The regional director emphasized the importance of supporting local production and stabilizing meat prices while adhering to health standards.
